Well, I have recently looked at some college websites, looking for a college that is not near where I live, because I want to feel more independent and free when I graduate high school. I believe that this is very important because it gives you a taste of what is to come in life. Some colleges that I am considering are New York University (NYU), Columbia University in the City of New York, as well as a few others that I should read up more on. The main reasons why I already decided on these two universities are that they have great programs for studying abroad, they are located in a bustling city, and they both have great reputations, with overall rankings of 94.0% for NYU, and 96.6% for Columbia. I am not one of those big planner people who plan their entire lives, but having a goal set for your future is always important, and I aim at attending either one of these two great schools, or some other school that has what I am looking for.
